The Risen AffectionsNew Testament
“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.”
(KJV)
Being risen with Christ is given as the reason to seek the things above, where He sits.
The Right Hand SeatNew Testament
“Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,”
(KJV)
The believer's seating is measured by His — the same power, the same place.
The Poor Set with PrincesOld Testament
“He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.”
(KJV)
He raises the poor out of the dust to set him with princes — the elevation is entirely God's doing.
Face today's challenges from your seated position of victory in Christ rather than out of fear.
Passage:

Ask yourself: In the struggle you are in at the moment, are you fighting to reach safety or from it? Notice what you are afraid of losing, and whether Ephesians says it can be lost.
Father of glory, You have raised me up together and made me sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Let Your Holy Spirit teach me to live today from that seat rather than toward it. I ask it in the name of the Lord Jesus, in whom I am seated. Amen.
